Here’s my unfiltered experience
I enjoyed a wonderful stay with spacious and comfortable rooms. The location was perfect for exploring nearby attractions without needing public transport. The staff were friendly and accommodating. However, noise from the surroundings could disrupt your relaxation. The food was good, and the valet service was friendly, but parking could be more straightforward.

The room was impressively spacious and comfortable, making it perfect for our needs. The shuttle services to local venues were a fantastic perk, and the drivers provided great insights about the area. However, the front desk staff during check-in lacked friendliness and didn’t offer directions. Additionally, the breakfast order was late, missing condiments, which resulted in it getting cold before we could enjoy it.

great location and awesome drinks
I stayed 2 nights and loved the vibe here! The staff were super friendly and helpful. The bartender whipped up the best blueberry Long Island cocktail, OMG. The location is perfect, just a stroll away from downtown spots and lots of food options. One bummer was the cleanliness. found some not-so-great stuff between the beds.

Business travelers want luxury but beware
Room was huge and nice. The staff was very cute, especially the beautiful lady at the bar who served me an very nice blueberry Long Island cocktail. It was like drinking a party in a glass, trust me.
Look, it wasn’t exactly low-cost but for the overall experience, I’d say it was tolerable.

The spacious King Suite provided a cozy space for our family to relax after a long day.
The front desk service was unprofessional and delayed our check-in process significantly.

Man, those whole wheat bread rolls were the real MVP! And don’t get me started on the shuttle service with Captain Tony that took us to Cliff Bell's for some smooth jazz.
While checking in, I was told the shuttle would pick me up after the concert. Well, I only got a taste of 3 songs before being whisked away. Still, the fun I had made up for it!
